Today is a 5 minute POWER HiiT Workout! It’s QUICK - so be sure to give your intervals your all!!

3 moves: 30 seconds each with a 15 second break between. Then take a 60 second break and REPEAT all 3 again!

BLAST your fave music and go for it!!

~ Banded squat walks - remember to STAY LOW!

~ Push ups - from your knees or toes

~ Burpees - jump or step to get down & up!
